Moorland Hare in Cotton Grass
This image of a Moorland Hare, is drawn with a texture comprising sphagnum moss, which in turn is drawn with a fill containing a texture comprising drawings and colours from a series of wildlife icons used across Peak District Design’s work.
The Cotton Grass (Common Cotton Grass, Cottonsedge, Bog cotton or Eriophorum angustifolium) provides a beautiful fluffy white backdrop across certain areas of local wetland, heath or moorland when it flowers from April to June.
